  1. Eligibility:
    This offer is available to UK-based businesses only. Workspace AV reserves the right to decline requests based on geographical limitations or other availability constraints.
  2. No Obligation:
    The proof of concept is provided with no obligation to purchase additional products or services. It is intended solely as a trial for evaluation purposes.
  3. Scope of Service:
    Workspace AV will install a complete AV setup in one meeting room (suitable for 4–12 people), configured to either a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) environment or a One-Touch to Join solution (Microsoft Teams or Zoom). The setup is for demonstration purposes only and remains the property of Workspace AV throughout the trial.
  4. Trial Period:
    The AV room may be used free of charge for a trial period of up to 30 days. Workspace AV will arrange deinstallation at the end of the trial, unless an agreement is made to proceed with a purchase or extended trial.
  5. Adjustments:
    If the initial setup does not meet requirements, Workspace AV will work with you to make reasonable adjustments during the trial period. If you choose not to proceed, all equipment will be removed at no cost.
  6. Booking Availability:
    This offer is subject to availability and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Workspace AV reserves the right to limit the number of installations offered.
  7. Room Limitations:
    The free proof of concept applies to one meeting room per site, with a maximum capacity of 4–12 people. Additional rooms or larger spaces may be quoted separately.
  8. Limited-Time Offer:
    This promotion is available for a limited time only. Workspace AV reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer without prior notice.
  9. Customer Cooperation:
    Customers must ensure reasonable access to the meeting room and related infrastructure (e.g. power, internet connectivity) to allow for timely installation and removal.
  10. Exclusions:
    This offer is not available for residential setups, non-commercial properties, or systems not compatible with the provided technology.
  11. Privacy:
    Workspace AV will respect the privacy and confidentiality of your workspace and will handle all equipment and data responsibly during the trial period.
